All orders are shipped from Japan.

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Please refer to the list of available shipping destinations here.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, EMS, or other international courier services.

Please note that non-delivery, returns, or lost items resulting from incorrect address entry will be at the customer’s expense and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Shipping Period

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team.
Once your order has been shipped, a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.
If you do not receive this email within 3–5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery and tracking updates may be delayed due to COVID-19, geopolitical conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we do not accept shipments to P.O. box addresses.

Duties and Taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping fee, and are not collected at checkout.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier or local customs authorities at the time of delivery or upon customs clearance.
Please note that the carrier may also charge a separate handling fee for paying duties and taxes on your behalf.

The amount of duties and taxes varies by destination country and is determined by local customs authorities. We are unable to estimate or control these charges.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing an order.

By placing an order, you agree to pay any duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country.

If an order is returned to us because the customer refused to pay or failed to pay duties or taxes, or because the package was not accepted, the refundable amount (if any) will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
